Consumer was driving at approximately15 mph on exit ramp when steering column became very loose in all directions, steering column began to spin. Vehicle was towed to dealer and could not duplicate defect. Please provide further information. Prior to incident, consumer has been complaining about steering when driving at approximately 65 mph.
Steering pulls to the right. Steering wheel not centered, tilts left. Alignment reduced the problem greatly, but a slight pull to the right still exists.
