I was decelerating and was traveling at about 20 mph. A Dodge durango traveling at about 45 mph rear ended me. The seat back broke and was in a reclined position after the accident. I hit the car in front of me. The air bags did not deploy. Dt.
The left seat will not move forward or backwards. Nlm.
While vehicle was stopping, another vehicle rear-ended consumer's vehicle a t 40 mph. During impact, locking mechansim that held driver's seatback in an upright position broke, causing seat to fall back into rear seating position. Driver sustained head/ neck/ back, and rib injuries.
