Driver seriousely injured as result of seat failure, driver throwen back and then forward in rear end crash, seat belt useless and air bags did not open.
Consumer was traveling about 45mph and another vehicle veered into the rear of consumer's vehicle, causing a collision. Driver's seatbelt didn't hold her in position . Seatbelts locked intermittently.
