Other Fuel System Hoses Lines/piping, And Fittings problems of the 2010 Mitsubishi Endeavor

I bought this car used and found out the 2010-02-25 united states fuel system, gasoline: storage: tank assembly: filler pipe and cap is and was in a safety recall when I pump gas the filler tube leaks gas onto the ground so I called a dealership here in iowa and was told there is no recalls on this vehicle so I sent them the documentation from Mitsubishi was told after they looked it up its already been fixed so they will not do the recall work again was also told once a vehicle is to old they don't have to recall work that is not true if its on the road and licensed they have to do the work.
