I was pulling into an apartment parking lot at 3 miles per hour or less applied brake and car surged forward. I applied more pressure to brake and the car surged again and would not stop. This caused me to crash into a unoccupied parked car which banged another unoccupied car parked next to it. All 3 cars were damage. My car and the car I hit sustained front end damage. The third car was scraped along the driver side door and rear panel. There was a witness to this accident that told the responding California chp officer that he saw my car experience two surges as I slowly entered the parking. He also informed the office that he saw my break lights on before the first surge happened.

The a/c drain tube leaks and causes water to pool up on the driver's side floorboard underneath the carpeting. I have had the vehicle looked at two times and all they can do is blow the tube out, which only temporarily fixes the problem. It is recommended to have the dash removed in order to get to the box where the debris is located to repair the seal. I don't have hundreds of dollars to have this done, nor can I do without my vehicle for several days! this should be made a recall because it becomes not only a safety hazard, but also a health hazard. The water makes the floorboard wet, causes the windows to fog up on the inside and causes the flooring under the carpeting to possibly become corroded. Plus, it causes mold to grow which makes my allergies flair up. So, Mitsubishi if you read this, please consider recalling all Endeavors to fix this problem!!.
After driving on a long trip, found the driver's side floor carpet and mat soaked with water. Ac drain tube is blocked causing mold and odor. The drain tube is too short and located inside the firewall and needs to be lengthened out of the firewall (per Mitsubishi TSB-11-55-003). The flooring continues to be soaked with water even when the ac is not in operation. This is an unsafe condition due to the stepping on the wet floor mat and causing the break pedal and gas pedal to become wet, causing your foot to slip off the pedals when wet. Not to mention the breathing in the mold caused by the wetness.
2004 Mitsubishi Endeavor. A/c drain fails to properly drain causing water to drain onto the drivers side floor. This also occurred over two months during which I wasn't using the a/c so it may also be related to rain water or other condensation. Mitsubishi knows this is a problem but will not fix it. The dealer quoted me $900 to fix.
The contact owns a 2007 Mitsubishi Endeavor. The contact noticed that the vehicle was consuming more oil than normal. The manufacturer was contacted and informed the contact that the oil must be changed every 3,000 miles. The contact stated that every 3,000 miles was not normal. The contact would like for the manufacturer to assume responsibility for the repairs. The failure mileage was 38,397.

My 2004 Endeavor has had water leaking on driver's side front floor. Based on the volume of complaints in this forum and others, I would suggest that this is an issue that should be recalled and covered as a manufacturer defect. If it is not recalled, perhaps a class action lawsuit is in order.
