The subframe on the passenger rear side broke due to rust. Both subframes are rusted front and back but the rest of the underneath of the car is perfect. I need it replaced and the dealer said they can not even get the part anymore. So my car is pretty much totaled. The SUV is only 12 years old. That is pathetic.
I bought it like this and don't really know.

When in driving the truck will shake vibrates when I press on the gas petal.
Rust/corrosion on rear crossmember (sub frame) caused failure of upper a-arm mounting tabs. Caused wheel (right/rear) to collapse into vehicle.
There was a rubbing sound coming from the right front of the truck when turning and the a/c failed intermittently while driving. The evaporator housing was removed and the debris and water was cleaned from the housing and blower motor. (trash filtered through the air condition vent system).
