One problem related to steering knuckle spindle has been reported for the 1997 Mitsubishi Galant. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
This was found by the dealer which informed me that this is something that wouldn't be covered under any type of warranty. I spoke with Mitsubishi, and they said the same thing, but if this fully cracked knuckle broke while driving, there could be serious injury to myself and other people. I have also copied a letter to the better business bureau regarding this matter. Please assist. Thank you.
