Two problems related to paint have been reported for the 1999 Mitsubishi Galant. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
1999 Mitsubishi Galant ES black paint is deteriorating and getting white.
The paint on my car is fading, I see white spots on the hood, trunk and roof of car. The car is black. I see many other, same type, cars with this problem. The body shop told me it is a defect from when it was painted.
