Had to replace two intake manifolds in 42 months on my 2000 Mitsubishi Galant.
I was driving my car on my way to work when my car made this loud noise coming from the engine compartment and it stalled on me,and cut off on the middle of the rode. Called a towing company and had the car tow to my house ,I called a mechanic he checked and found the intake manifold was cracked.
