While pulling away from stop sign sidewall on front left tire, size p19565r15, blewout. Also, sidewall on left rear tire had a bubble on it. Contacted goodyear. Goodyear did not replace the tire under warranty, a few weeks later consumer noticed a bubble on the sidewall of another tire, goodyear did replace this tire, consumer asked for reimbursement for previous tire, the wheel was damaged in first tire failure.
