My mistibushi 2001 roof top, trunk and engine top start fading from about 2 years and it looks very bad it looks like a white color over back paint. It is like powder comes out from the paint. It just keep spreading and not stopping.

While driving on the four lane highway, the car dropped on the passenger side causing the car to spin out of control. Went to the other side of the highway and stopped in the medium. Also the engine lights stayed on. Did take to the dealer and they said it was fix but the lights still are on. Called manufacturer and they were no help in these matters.
The car leaks water inside the drivers side front weather running or not the carpet it moldy and the car is not drivable in any wet condition.
