Shannon bell private dealer is selling this car with a unrepairable cv axel. I purchased it and di my home work he rolled the miles back. He's falsely advertising it as clean tie and 190 something miles. That's even less then when I had it. Air bag lights are on and he unplugged the wires along with seatbelt so the lights don't show.

Seat belt does not just click easily as it should and sometimes doesn't click at all. This is very dangerous as I don't even know if it would work in a car crash.

I recently purchased a vehicle from a local dealership, I later found out that the airbag system has been disabled. The dealer showed me a fake carfax and repeatedly, infront of three different people, told me the vehicle was never in an accident. I have researched and found that a dealer must have me sign something stating the airbag system has be disabled. I tried many times to return vehicle but they refuse. I have turned it into the attorney general and am waiting a response. They suggested I also report it to the NHTSA.

I have a 1997 Mitsubishi Galant. The seatbelt on the driver's side will not stay locked. It comes off when I am driving down the road. I called two Mitsubishi dealers in virginia beach and they told me that this was not covered under any warranty. I thought seatbelts lasted the lifetime of the car. Can you tell me how to go about getting this fixed. I have two children who ride with me daily and would hate for an accident to happen and my kids have to witness their mom go through the windshield due to unsafe seatbelt.

My son became trapped in the rear passenger seat belt of my 05 Galant while driving. I pulled over to release the seat belt and it refused to unlock. Every attempt to remove my son from the seat belt caused his breathing to be further cut off, at which time we had no choice but to cut him out of the seat belt.

Need for radio code not furnished by mitsubshi dealer in alhambra, CA
had to purchase new battery, radio would not work after, contacted dealer and was informed we had to bring the car in, instead of giving me the code to input myself, as I am perfectly able to do. I feel this is a deliberate con job to get more
from helpless customers, the Mitsubishi manual says we are to receive the code when we original the vehicle and no code was given, the dealer said it could cost up to 100. 00 dollars, which we do not have just laying, I feel that the California attorney general of California would like to find out how your dealers are trying to use this as way to get more money out of their customers. All we want is the code of our 2000 Mitsubishi gallant VIN # 4a3aa46g2ye058233 we feed this is not asking very much. So please send our code and this matter will be ended.
