The wheel covers continue to fall off of vehicle. Was told by a person that sells wheel covers, that the 2000 Mitsubishi Galant has that problem due to the part that holds the wheel cover on, heats up and the piece opens up and allows the wheel cover to fall off. All my wheel covers were loss or had to be taken off over the last 4 years. The mitsubisi wheel covers are very expensive to replace.

The 16" rims are not standard to this vehicle as I have observed but came with the car. They are bent from normal driving which is odd. They are still in use. Could they be problemed rims from another make?.
