The headlights were destroyed, the front fell off of the vehicle, and the passenger side fender was pushed in. The air bags did not deploy but the srs air bag warning light illuminated upon impact and had remained illuminated. The contact did not report any injuries. The contact had not called the manufacturer when the complaint was filed. The current and failure mileages were approximately 80,000.
