The contact stated that the drive belt was making a loud squeaking noise. The contact stated that the vehicle was towed to two independent mechanics and was diagnosed that the tensioner pulley caused the drive belt to loosen and cut by the edges of the pulley. The contact stated that the VIN was not included in NHTSA campaign number: 18v069000 (engine and engine cooling). The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was not contacted. The failure mileage was approximately 90,000.
