Exterior Lighting Problems of Mitsubishi Montero

My car has 2 recalls and my local Mitsubishi dealer refused to fix the recalls.

Stability failure and lights defect.

While vehicle parked in driveway, horn started blaring, lights started flashing. This has happened several times in the past week. Had to remove fuses, so horn and alarm would stop going off. This has happened several times in the middle of the night and the very early am hours.

We have the car for the past 17 years and we alwasy have a electrical, engine and head lights problems. The dealership said the they can fix it . We paid good money for them to fix it.
