Two problems related to rear suspension leaf spring have been reported for the 1999 Mitsubishi Montero Sport. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
The vehicle felt unsafe to drive and one of the left rear leaf springs was found to be cracked.
Vehicle was tilting to left,. Dealer determined both rear leaf springs were cracked.
