So police came over because car was on the blocking the off-ram. When the tow truck driver show up and look under the hood he toll my wife that the throttle it was stock in the open position that what cause her not to be able to stop . . . . The officer toll my wife she was luck.
While stopping at a red light light turn green and vehicle accelerated, but vehicle in front did not. Consumer stepped on brake pedal, but brakes did not stop vehicle that jumped into other vehicle.
