The vehicle was not taken to a dealer. The manufacturer stated that the vehicle was not included in a recall. In addition, the contact crashed into another vehicle while driving 30 mph. The air bags failed to deploy. The contact sustained head injuries that required medical attention. A police report was filed. The vehicle was towed to the contact's residence. The vehicle was not taken to a dealer. The vehicle was destroyed. The manufacturer was contacted. The approximate failure mileage was 160,000.
The contact's vehicle was involved in a three car collision. Upon impact, the air bags did not deploy. The front end of the vehicle was damaged. The vehicle was towed to the mechanic, and he determined that the wire for the sensor was torn. This should have made the airbags deploy. A police report taken at the scene.
