Airbag cover starting to crack where the airbag is located(right around the Mitsubishi logo ). Currently trying to get someone at the Mitsubishi dealership to call me back.
My mitsibishi SUV Outlander LS 2007 had failed to stop about between 20-30 ft. From the car ahead of me. When I tried to stop in a sudden move, the anti-skid and anti-lock plus abs system failed. I hit the other vehicles rear bumper and my SUV bumper got hit and within few seconds the whole SUV caught in fire and burnt. I was not able to collect my items from the back seat of the car. There's an issue with an engine design also. I need NHTSA to investigate and push mitsibishi to investigate to save other people's life and correct the problem.
