Wiper problem #1

Tl-the contact owns a 2006 Mitsubishi Raider. The contact stated that while driving approximately 10 mph, when the turn signal was engaged for either side, it only illuminated for the right side. In addition the contact stated that when the hazard lights were engaged, the right side light failed to operate. Also, the contact stated that the windshield wipers failed to operate intermittently without warning. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the failure and stated that the VIN was not included in NHTSA campaign number: 06v039000 (visibility). The failure mileage was 14,000. Pam.

Defogger problem #2

Takata recall. The contact owns a 2006 Mitsubishi Raider. When the vehicle was started, the air bag warning indicator illuminated. The vehicle was taken to the dealer where it was diagnosed that the defrost panel needed to be removed. The vehicle was not repaired. The contact received notification of NHTSA campaign number: 16v352000 (air bags); however, the parts to do the repair were unavailable. The contact stated that the manufacturer exceeded a reasonable amount of time for the recall repair. The manufacturer was contacted, but there was no response. The failure mileage was 112,110.
