Door Latch Problems of Nissan 350Z

I live in alaska and Nissan 350z does not start and/or want to start in any weather under 10 degrees. The car door will not close, and gas cap does not want to open. The car has been prepared for winter.

On two occasions my 2005 Nissan 350z car doors were opened by clockwise rotation brushes in a car wash. The first occasion the brushes grabbed the passengers door handle and the door flew open , hitting the car wash machine, doing $800. Damage to the vehicle. Also, spraying the interior of the vehicle with soapy water. The second the brushes grabbed the driver's door and it opened. I was able to catch the door before damage occurred. I contacted Nissan of north America and they basically said it was not their problem. I feel that this is a safety issue. Had there been a small child in the vehicle at the time they could have been injured or fallen out of the vehicle. The handles are a poor design.

When widow is rolled down approximately a couple of inches, it rattles when driving over bumps on roads or any street surface. This cause a fear for the window to shatter when driving over pot holes or big bumps on road.

Passenger door lock will not open using dealer supplied remote opener.
