Two problems related to gasoline engine have been reported for the 1997 Nissan Altima. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
Defect in engine caused fire and destroyed the car. (insurance agent representing client) yh.
Within 20-30 minutes of driving vehicle, the engine compartment ignited while the vehicle was parked in our driveway. The vehicle was totally destroyed by the fire.
