Around 12:30 pm sysco driver #138249 illegally parked on the san diego California street blocking off traffic. I made a note of the drivers identification because of the awkward closeness to my vehicle. I went to an appointment about an hour away and upon my return I immediately noticed tension and pulling with my suspension that was not there before. I contact sysco corporate office to report the incident and they said they will take care of it and to make a police report. I call immediately and am put on hold for nearly 90 minutes then am disconnected. I go to make an in person report and the police department is closed on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. I notify the department of transportation and the California attorney general of my situation and how my car is not working like before. This should be investigated.

It's very sticky when you touch it too. Vehicle tends to slow down a lot when I am driving as if I am about to get transmission problems soon. I see many people who already complained this transmission issue. My car has about 130,646 miles on it. The passenger air bag is consistently on and I hope it won't deploy on its own.

The airbag lights came on and when I took it to Nissan, I was told that it will not deploy if a person was to get in an accident.

The incident happened the week of 02/08/18 my wife noticed some light vdc slip abs lights all came on them while on highway all of the brakes locked and she could not accelerate car.

Head on collision at approximately 45 mph, braked, direct impact about 25 mph, airbags did not engage. Driver seat belt did not lock on brake or impact.

Without warning, the driver and passenger air bags deployed. The contact and passenger sustained injuries to the neck that did not require medical attention. A police report was filed. The vehicle was driven to the contact's residence. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure. The approximate failure mileage was 50,000.
The passenger seat airbag doesn't work. The "pass air bag off" light is on and the air bag cluster panel light is flashing. I reset the light but it came on again when someone sits in passenger seat. Looking around on the internet, this is a huge complaint for 2010 Nissan Altima. This is a dangerous safety issue.
The other driver made an illegal left turn causing the accident. The seat belts were buckled and the 2 front air bags activated. I am a mechanical engineer, I tried very hard to uncover the source of shrapnel injuries on my knees, on my head, and on my neck. Also, my wife received several shrapnel injuries on her head and on her body. Recently, I realized that these shrapnel injuries were caused by exploding plastic casings around the seat belts. The other driver was minimally insured. Without any law suit, we got a small partial compensation for these injuries. The exploding seat belt boxes were not initially thought of. Now, I firmly believe that my wife and I were seriously harmed by shrapnel from these exploding plastic covers.

My car had been recalled 4 times for various defects as well as the Nissan Altima 2005 that I had.
Computer does not detect front side passenger (adult) who weigh less than 125 pounds and hence airbags are not activated for about 10 minutes, before the computer finally detects an occupant. Nissan claims this is not an issue and the weight is set by federal regulations and they cannot do anything about it. With the number of adult us population less than 125 pounds being high, this presents a grave safety risk especially in the first few minutes of driving.
I am the original owner of this vehicle and this has been an ongoing problem since 2011. My 2010 Nissan Altima coupe passenger occupant classification system (OCS) reads off when a passenger is seated. I am a 6ft 4in 230 pound individual and the OCS system fails to recognize me when I am seated in the passenger seat. This occurs when the vehicle is in motion, stoped, and driving down the highway. I made my Nissan dealer aware of this issue before the first recall in 2013 of the OCS system and they failed to fix this safety issue. My Nissan dealer (petro Nissan hattiesburg, ms 39402) lead me to believe the problem had been fixed and told me to ignore the OCS off light on my dash. After four Nissan Altima OCS recalls (03/01/2013, 10/20/2015, 04/26/2016, 12/19/2016) I have grown more concern for the safety of my passengers and myself. As of 12/04/2018 at 5:52 p. M. I have directly contacted Nissan customer service. A representative proceeded to tell me that Nissan is no longer responsible for the safety defect in their vehicle because it was eight years old as of March 2018. I continued to press Nissan's responsibility for the safety defect and after several back-and-forths the representative scheduled a �specialist� to contact me tomorrow 12/05/2018.
The light indicating "airbag off" for the passenger seat is frequently illuminated even when an adult (140 lb) passenger is sitting in the seat. The occurrence is approximately 10 percent of the time and occurs at any speed, even on the highway at 65 mph. This error has persisted throughout the life of the vehicle (purchased new in 2010), but the dealerships we visited insist that the system complies with their electrical tests, even though we showed them photographs of the "airbag off" light taken by a passenger while sitting in this seat. Nissan needs to be made to issue a recall to correct this life-threatening error.
Passenger air bag is off when somebody is sit on the passenger sit sometimes is on and off I took my car for check up to the dealer and they told me that there is not problem codes in computer but the car continues with the problem but I asked another people and they had the same problem we need help because this dangerous in a crash.
