1 Transmission Noise problem

Failure Date: 01/11/2020

Nissan says my cvt transmission isnt covered by the extended warranty. My car has only 72,000 miles and is starting to show problems. I feel if it doesn't break now it will soon and feel they should honor the warranty that a law suit was filed. The rpms arent climbing when I accelerate and there is a noise when its between 30 and 40 miles an hr.

2 Transmission Noise problem

Failure Date: 06/08/2019

Cat transmission failure at 129k miles. Winding noise and slipping. Car would not accelerate at any given time. This is a cvt transmission that Nissan has an issue with and refuses to own up to it. Not a safe vehicle to be driving in city or open highways. Nissan want me to pay 3-4 grand to fix. Can someone please wake these people up.

3 Transmission Noise problem

Failure Date: 07/31/2017

Few weeks ago I noticed a whining noise from my car, and then the check engine light came on. I had my brother look at my car because he works on cars and is a mechanic and he said it is my transmission. The car is 6 years old and this shouldn't be happening.
