My vehicle was purchased new from fred haas Nissan - tomball, TX on March 5, 2018. The vehicle now has 42,250 miles on it and has developed a braking issue. The master cylinder or brake booster is failing on the car which is causing the vehicle stopping distance to almost double when attempting to make a complete stop. The dealership is unwilling to pay for the repairs due to it being just outside of the 36,000 mile warranty.
