The contact received notification of NHTSA campaign number: 20v315000 (latches/locks/linkages) however, the part to do the recall repair was not yet available. The contact called coggin Nissan at the avenues in jacksonville (10859 philips hwy, jacksonville, FL 32256, (904) 747-8567, and it was confirmed that parts were not yet available. The contact stated that the manufacturer exceeded a reasonable amount of time for the recall repair. The manufacturer was made aware of the issue. The contact stated that the hood unlatched independently while driving and flew open with the hood ajar warning light illuminated. The contact pulled over and closed the hood.
