The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired by an independent mechanic or dealer. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure and a case was filed. The contact was informed that the repair for the driver's side front seat rack was not covered under warranty or any special programs. The failure mileage was approximately 41,000.
The drive seat warmer heats up even when the warmer button is off. Also the driver seat seems to be not bolted down correctly you can feel the seat trying to come up when turning and braking.
