1 Front Suspension Stabilizer Bar problem

Failure Date: 06/16/2014

Had to replace rear stabilizer bar at dealer today. Part looked defective. It was hollow, rusted and corroded. It just snapped on its own. I have seen numerous postings and complaints about this part on this make model and year, where the owner had the same exact issue and was forced to pay for replacement. I believe Nissan should recall this part.

2 Front Suspension Stabilizer Bar problem

Failure Date: 10/23/2012

I took my vehicle in to have the oil change done and was informed by the technician that the rear stabilizer bar on the passenger side was broken and a section of it was hanging down. I immediately took my vehicle to the dealership, where they placed it on the rack and confirmed this information. The broken stabilizer bar was removed and an order placed for the new part. The service manager at the dealership confirmed that "there were no signs of abuse" and that they just don't know what caused this!.
