One problem related to structure has been reported for the 2002 Nissan Crew. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
Front bracket for driver's side running board has broken twice, this part suffered a fatigue fracture at the weld of the 2 parts that make up the bracket, starting where the weld undercut the base metal. Had this part failed at highway speed it would have acted as a spear when it came loose.
