Problem # 1- is 3 out of 4 door lock actuators all of a sudden stopped working at the exact same time, except the driver door. This is a huge safety issue and causes the door to remain locked. This causes someone getting locked inside the vehicle or locked outside. (google) all the review's as this is a common thing people are reporting. Problem #2- my daughter said she almost passed out because he gas tank started to leak because the hose connector is plastic and integrated into the gas tank. The only way to fix this is replace the gas tank at $600+. (google) this is a common problem that people are reporting. My vehicle only has 40k miles on it and its already a fire hazard because fuel is leaking from a plastic cheap fitting. This is the fitting that the fill hose connects to the gas tank. No warning signs until gas fumes filled the cab. This is a fire hazard and also can cause the driver to pass out because of the fumes in the vehicle. No inspections just phone calls to the service department. They want to charge me $175 to just tell me what is broken that I already know. So I called local dealership and they confirmed the symptoms are likely due to broken actuators, and plastic gas fittings.

2013-2014 oxygen gas sensor intermittently failed to operate, causing co2 into the cabin. Issue not found Nissan instructed to take it to another dealer they found issue and replaced. 2025 same issue dealers cannot find major c02 entering cabin. Cannot drive car due to extreme c02 have blood test indicating c02 in blood. Extreme situation both times!.
The gas tank has malfunctioned and is leaking. According to the mechanic, it is the same issue related to the recall of the gas tank regarding the 2009-2010 Nissan Cube. My safety and others are put at risk because gas is leaking and causing a fire or an explosion. My mechanic confirmed the issue. At this point, the 2 Nissan dealers have not returned my phone calls. I need to get my car fixed as soon as possible. Gas is leaking from the site of failure. There were no warning lamps to signal that the gas tank was leaking gas. The only signs were the smell of gas and then discovering a puddle of gas pooling on the ground beneath my car.

I saw that in phoenix az the safety recall began on September 13,2010 for fuel system, gasoline;storage. Reported an saftey complaint on July 16th, 2020 11:45 pm phoenix az. Electirocal stability control started on June 10th 2020 didn't think much of it car cut off at an red light I turned my hazard lights on put the car in park and started the car up again. This happened again on July 15th 2020 took it in to the dealer( auto action 1827 w broadway rd) I pay a car note with told them what happened they said they needed to run it to see what was going on and would not present and spare car for the inconvenience or had any car fax on hand. July 16th 2020 I noticed that oil was indeed leaking from the bottom of the car.

Vehicle stopped while in motion on highway. Transmission went completely out.
Cvt transmission failure ~ safety issue slow to start ~ same as 100's of reports on internet car was at warranty end and Nissan said only fix for small leak was to replace the whole cvt~ as per current pending class actions against Nissan for 2013-2017 cvts being replaced repeatedly with the same failing transmission ended in repair cost to customer. Nissan offered to pay for parts but not labor. Why would I pay to put the same bad part on the car? why is there not a class action for 2012 Nissans? this car had a fuel leak that took many months to repair and find. Then the a/c was not working and mechanic said it might be related to the open ended temp gage for outside temp that this model did not have, only fix he had was electrical tape which I told Nissan was not a good fix and have work order through Nissan for this. A/c was o ring which may relate back to transmission failure the whole thing basically was shaking apart. So the dealer filled the a/c and failed to find oring leak and also failed to find transmission leak when I told them I wanted everything checked per the warranty ending. Master mechanic found it when I brought it back now they want to charge me labor on new cvt only I read cvt break repeatedly and some people had bought 3 or 4 transmissions! there needs to be a recall of all cvts.
Fuel level readings have been erratic for over 40,000 miles now. Fuel gauge will randomly show the fuel level with less than 1/4 tank left, even though the car has gone less than 100 miles after filling (while the car can travel over 300 miles on a full tank. ) then a little while later, the fuel level will appear normal. And this cycle will repeat many times before the tank is actually below 1/4 tank full, based on both mileage and the "normal" fuel level.

I have a 2009 Nissan Cube. The Cube was at the dealership for maintaince. I was informed that the Cube has a exhaust leak, was told it is not covered under the emission warranty. I asked more questions about the issue, an was told by the dealership that it is a rust issue and not covered. I was told that they do not have the part. I again asked about the emission warranty, was told it did not apply. According to the warranty which is cover up to 80k miles for emission issues, but because of "rust" it is not covered. I do not agree with this and I call the 1 800 number and reported it. Today the next day I was contacted and persson said, or agreed with the dealership. I looked up complaints and recalls, there are several complaints. There is one in which it referrs to a "corroded" part. What is the difference between a part that is "corroded" part that may fail and a part that has rust and broken causing a exhaust leek. They Nissan and the dealership are using a play on words to avoid making the repairs under the emission warranty. I was told it is okay to drive and polute the enviroment since they will not cover it and they did not have the parts. After speaking with the rep from Nissan he had a whole lot more info about the repair than was listed on my copy of the repair order. There are four major componets of a exhaust system on most cars. The manifold, the down pipe, the mid pipe and the muffler. The "corroded part" or rust caused one the conection to leek. Now I am being told that 2 parts need to be replaced and the cost is over 1k, which I have no infor on my invoice or repair order about. The only recomendation was 'ehaust leak 395. 00" I know that dealships replace parts that have rust and or are corroded because I work for one, frames and rusted bolts. How can one replace parts and the other not.
