Two problems related to other fuel system have been reported for the 1999 Nissan Frontier. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
Check engine light on, dealer says I need a new transmission. (this truck has been to the dealer many times to have a "chassis" noise checked out with "no probem found" by the dealer. ).
Consumer heard noise whenever turning to the left, even after the dealer tried to repair by greasing steering parts and repairing air bag. Problem solved after dealer added a missing center support. Also, the seats were loose and had to be repaired, and the gas gauge is not working. Ak.
