When attempting to fill the tank with gasoline at several different gas stations, the liquid can not be properly dispensed into the tank because of a blockage. The liquid immediately spews out of the gas tank and onto the person filling the vehicle.
Tl-the contact owns a 2008 Nissan Frontier. The contact stated that while driving 45 mph, the gauge was fuel gauge reader dropped and the fuel warning light illuminated, despite the customer just filling up his gas tank. The vehicle was taken to an independent mechanic. The diagnosis was that the fuel sending unit had failed. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the failure.
