The led in my gtr cluster are no longer working, they are defective and are not replaceable = not being able to see the cluster driving at night time can be very dangerous. Safety is everything, Nissan needs to understand the safety behind not being able to see the cluster while driving at night. The repair should be simple and repairable but in this case it is not.

The speedometer is inaccurate. The fuel gauge doesn't work. The digital screen on the gauge cluster doesn't work at all. Some of the lighting is out such as behind the rpm gauge. There is an orange exclamation point icon lit up on the gauge cluster as well.
The instrument gauge cluster leds gone out, as well as the shift indicator display. Making it almost impossible to see what speed you are traveling at and gear you are in. Nissan is aware of the issue and has extended the warranty for some but this is a safety concern. Im on the 2nd replacement that has failed from Nissan.
The led lights in the instrument gauge cluster have gone out. It happened while driving and they remain out. This is a well documented issues in many of the forums. Although they had extended the warranty at one point this is an issue that sill needs to be addressed. . Read more...
The lights go out for the gauge cluster routinely go out rendering drivers unable to read the gauges at night including the fuel gauge and speedometer. I noticed it when I started my car while in a dark location and was unable to see my temperature gauge, fuel gauge, and gear indicated gauge along with part of my tachometer. Many other owners experienced this same problem and there does not seem to be a related to anything caused by the owner. Nissan's solution is to replace the cluster with the same cluster that still has the faulty design and the lights still go out.
The instrument cluster lighting in the car has failed rendering the gauges/speedometer/etc unreadable at night. Nissan extended the warranty on this item but mine has been replaced and now has the exact same issue. This is a safety issue - not being able to read the speedometer at night is dangerous!.
