Air Bag Not Deploy problems of the 2012 Nissan Juke

The contact owned a 2012 Nissan Juke. While the contact's daughter was driving 45 mph, she clipped a stopped vehicle on the rear drive side. As a result, the contact's daughter's vehicle rolled over. The air bags failed to deploy. The contact's daughter stated that there were no warning indicators illuminated. The daughter sustained multiple skull fractures and right skull damage, which required surgery to release pressure on the brain. She also had difficulty hearing and the left side of her face was paralyzed. The injuries to the other occupants were unknown. A police report was filed. The vehicle was towed to a tow lot where it was deemed a total loss. The vehicle was not inspected by an independent mechanic or dealer to determine the air bag deployment failure. The manufacturer was notified of the failure. The failure mileage was 41,112.
