Transmission Failure problems of the 2013 Nissan Juke

Tl-the contact owns a 2013 Nissan Juke. The contact was driving on the highway and the vehicle stopped accellerating. The contact had to pull over . The contact took the vehicle to the the dealer Nissan of richmond 11401 w broad st, henrico, va 23233 (804) 346-4200. The changed out some fluids and balanced the tires. They said that should hsve fixed the issue . The issue occured again and the vehicle was towed back to the same dealer. This time they diagnosed the issue as being the transmission failing. The whole transmission needed to be replaced for a totol cost of $5,000. The contact was unsuccessful in getting through to the manufacturer. The failure mileage was 120,000. Tf.

I was driving on the highway during a 1. 5 hour trip. About an hour into the drive, the car started to decelerate from 75 down to 40.
