Takata recall: I was traveling about 5mph on a dirt road when the air bag deployed. I was not hit by anything and did not hit anything. The seat belts also locked up.
My wife was involved in an accident, where the vehicle rolled over. On the way home from the hospital, we went to the location the vehicle was towed to remove her personal effects. While inspecting the vehicle, I found that her seat belt (drivers) was torn in two pieces. She had removed herself from the vehicle prior to police and ems arrival, and she didn't not use any objects to tear the seatbelt. The tow operator, whom we saw at the tow yard, said the seat belt was already torn when he was moving the vehicle.
