I’ve had 3 sets of oem control arms fail repeatedly all have been replaced by dealer anytime you go over w bump it bends the control arms.
The brakes in my car failed to work, leaving me swirling around on the highway. Yes it is available for inspection. I was a car accident that left me with a concussion and minor injuries. No the car is now totaled. The vehicle did receive an appraisal inspection. No they were absolutely no warnings or anything that made me feel I shouldn’t have been driving my car. I kept up on the maintenance well with the help of my warranty company. I did notice in the last few weeks of driving my car though that my check engine light was on.
Sept 2022 I bought my 2012 Nissan Juke from jeff wyler’s Nissan king automall. April 23 the left, lower ball joint/axle (drivers side) broke. Needed fixed. Almost $2,000. I specifically asked them to check right sided ball joint/axle. Oh it’s fine. We checked it out and it’s all good. Less than 3 months later-the right sided axle and ball joint broke. It only took over 6 weeks and 3 different places (discount tires, tire discounters and jeff wyler’s dealership) to figure out what was wrong with my vehicle at this time. This time it cost me more (but since jeff wylers mechanics fix things and then jack up the price by $800) it actually cost me $1550 to fix it this time. I could have died. On both occasions and now it feels like the backend of my Juke is shaking apart. I’m scared to death to drive my vehicle and I’ve told jeff wyler I think they sold me an unsafe vehicle and I am now terrified to drive it. But it’s the only car we have in our family and I can’t afford to buy another one. You have no idea as to how terrified I am to drive my car now; especially with that rear end shaking. Omg! I’ve never owned a Nissan before and this is my last I have also asked jeff wyler’s dealership-wouldn’t this have been caught on their inspection of selling a used car? wouldn’t the mechanic in April seen signs/symptoms of stress on the right sided ball joint when they looked at it when they fixed the left side? how do things like this get missed? & put my life in danger as well as every other person on the roads while I drove with broken axles and ball joints? how can they sell vehicles that are not safe? omg! you cannot comprehend the terrified feeling along with anxiety/nausea and just pure terror of driving a vehicle that shakes still and where I’ve had to fix 2 separate massive breakages in the driveway mechanics or frame (idk. The 2nd time it happened; I thought its a bad tire). I am now more religious and spiritual because of this. I now pray several times daily.

I'm the only owner of this vehicle. In Dec 2021 (@ 61000 miles) I had problems with steering my vehicle. I went to break and could not break on the expressway. I was on a 55 miles expressway during rush hour traffic. I came to a stop on the side of the road and when I try to engage the accelerator to get off to the exit the car will not move. It kept stalling and making grounding sounds. The steering wheel was hard to turn as well. Had the Nissan dealership tell me the transmission had to be replaced after 10 days of having my car at the dealership. The transmission was replaced. April 2023 (@ 87000 miles), I am back at the dealership with transmission again. This is the same transmission they put there in Dec 2021. I was going less than 10 mile on a normal roadway. The car will not accelerator or move over 10 mph. It sounded like it I was changing gear in a manual car. The abs light would blink off and on for a split second as the car jerk and trying to accelerate. I have also spend on replacing the suspending and steering, control arms and a whole bunch of other things.
Make a right turn into a parking and the drivers front wheel popped off. The car was undriveable and it separated the front and side fenders. If this happen on the expressway someone who be badly injured.

Pulled my car out of the driveway onto the street when the left front wheel fell off and the front of the car crashed to the ground. . Had the car towed to dealer, the diagnosis-ball joint control arms and axle. 1900. 00 worth of repairs. Only taken to dealer for service. Last taken to dealer Feb 2020 for 4 new tires. The car has 42000 miles. Thank god I wasn't on the expressway traveling at 65mph. This is definitely a life safety problem. Contacted Nissan corporate and lodged a complaint. Thus car was bought new in 2013. I had no prior warning of anything wrong with the car.
When I'm driving down the interstate or really anywhere my power steering will go out, I've had it looked a many of times and people say it's the battery being low and it shouldn't do it a lot I've had the battery replaced and it still does it, I'm not paying for the whole rewiring of my car because I did not know it was like this when I bought it, literally 2 days after I bought it it started acting up.

When approaching an intersection to turn left, although I had my foot on the brake, the car wasn't slowing, speed was the same. When I began to turn the wheel, the steering wheel kept jerking right. It felt like something had locked up. The brakes continued to be ineffective and because the steering kept jerking to the right on a left turn, it rammed into the curb and caused injury to myself.

Vehicle steering feels like it is hydroplaning on dry roads during highway speeds from time to time or like suddenly being hit with a gust of wind from the side on calm days and begins to swerve. Have to let off gas and grab wheel with both hands feels like steering has lost control while wheel is being held straight, this has happened multiple times since I got the vehicle (maybe once a month on average). After several visits to Nissan repair service for the same problem Nissan claims they have not experienced the problem while test driving and there is nothing wrong with the car. My wife will no longer drive the car as she does not feel safe, and after this happened to me again last week nearly causing an accident, I am ready to park the vehicle at the dealer and walk away there is something seriously wrong with the steering on this vehicle since day one, and Nissan refuses to acknowledge the problem or correct the issue.
There were 2 recalls on my car and I was never notified of the problems the, fuel pressure sensor and the Juke air inlet tube. I was driving down the highway , and I just had a larger problem with my power stirring, I was in the high speed lane traveling 70 miles an hour and my power stirring let go. I called Nissan of America to see if there were any re-calls on my car and I was told no, my car has been tied up at tasca Nissan in dartmouth, MA for more than 1 week, I was told the part would be in Feb 22. . Nissan offered to pay for the part which cost 1,908. 29. But I have to pay for the shipping cost which cost 120. 00dollars and I have to pay for the labor cost which is 480. 00 dollars I am frustrated and angry, know one seems to care that I could of got killed or seriously injured in this car. Now I find out there were 2 re-calls on this car and I was never notified! I service my car regularly, I just spent over 800. 00 dollars for new tires, wiper blades, oil change replacement of a tire sensor and I am renting a car at the present. . I noticed in my research that the rogue is being called back for power stirring problems, what the hell is going on? as far as the power stirring repair my warranty ran out, I feel this was a defect in the power stirring, but I am expected to pay for the repairs. I do have a case # it is 21635903 and I spoke with a man named jim his # is 615-725-7254. Tasca of dartmouth have been wonderful, they even tried to get the cost to me lowered but it fell on deaf ears. , they also told me they would not let me drive my car because it was to dangerous for me to drive, at least they cared about my safety, thank god. I am a 63y/o female who works hard for my money, but I guess I am going to have to eat this bill!.
I was driving down transit rd depew NY 14043. I felt my torque drop and then my engine sputtered and died. The road is a two lane one direction with no shoulder. I barley able to get it in the right lane, with no power steering, before it rolled to a stop. I believe the only thing that saved me for being hit by another car was a police officer putting his emergency lights on. I took it to a Nissan dealer for service and they said the timing belt broke and bent the piston in the engine. Please act on this before someone is injured or killed due to this faulty timing belt.
We purchased a brand new Nissan Juke on November 16, 2013 at midway Nissan located in phoenix arizona. The buying process was quite unusual in that it took greater than six hours to meet with finance to sign the paperwork once we shook hands on the deal. I was not pleased spending this inordinate amount of time at the dealer but they offered a gift card to us to as an apology, which we accepted and appreciated the gesture. We received a survey about the Juke shortly after our purchase, which we promptly filled out and sent back. Of note, we indicated on the survey that the Juke persistently pulls to the right while driving. A few months later, I received a call from tim williams in consumer affairs. Tim said he was reaching out to us because of the issue identified on the survey we completed. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about tim, as he conducted himself in a professional, kind, and sincere manner. Tim arranged for a technical specialist to evaluate my vehicle at midway niacin. My car was at the dealer for three distinct visits, which totaled 22 days. After much work and multiple replacement parts being installed, I was told that my car was as good as it is going to get? because the pull in steering was now within specifications. In essence, my car still pulled to the right but not to the extent that was deemed unacceptable by niacin. The pulling to the right continued to be a concern for me despite reassurances. This is the best driving Juke on the road now. Over the past year, the pulling has gotten dramatically worse so I opened a new complaint with consumer affairs. They did not help me at all this fine, in fact, the issue was blamed on the tires and my case arbitrarily closed. I feel my vehicle is a safety hazard since it pulls to the right significantly. I must keep the wheel turned to the left at all times while driving.
On January 18th, dealer completed recall notice repair of fuel pressure sensor. When vehicle was picked up from dealer that weekend, only went 2 1/2 miles and vehicle experienced electrical failures. Engine getting fuel, however no power to transmission, steering, brakes. Dealer states its the battery and replaced battery. Approximately 25 miles later we have experienced the same electrical failures. Starting with power, then radio, lights, fans and shifting, and eventually total engine failure. Vehicle has now been towed to dealer again.
