general problems of the 1999 Nissan Maxima

Two problems related to suspension have been reported for the 1999 Nissan Maxima. The most recently reported issues are listed below.

1 Suspension problem

Failure Date: 08/12/2003

Ignition coil failure. Serveral problems with brake system and alignment/suspension. Have replace 2 coils so far, it was better for a while. Nissan needs to recall the ignition coils several problems.

2 Suspension problem

Failure Date: 07/30/1999

When vehicle reaches 35 mph and up it begins to weave all over the road, and problem could not be controlled. Delaer has been contacted.
