1 Visibility problem

Failure Date: 02/28/2025

The contact owns a 2004 Nissan Maxima. The contact stated while driving 60 mph, the vehicle made an abnormally loud popping sound, and the contact noticed that the sky view roof glass had shattered. The contact stated that pieces of shattered glass had fallen inside the vehicle. The contact pulled over to the side of the road. The contact had not sustained any injuries and resumed driving. The vehicle was taken to the dealer, where the contact was informed that the VIN was not included in a recall. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the failure and confirmed that the VIN was not included in NHTSA campaign number: 04v326000 (visibility). The failure mileage was 165,000.

2 Visibility problem

Failure Date: 05/08/2009

The contact owns 2004 Nissan Maxima. The contact stated that outer perimeter of the sky view window exhibited rust. The vehicle was inspected by an independent mechanic who advised that the vehicle was rusting prematurely for a climate that was primarily warm and dry. The manufacturer was contacted but would not provide any assistance. The vehicle was not repaired. The failure mileage was 30,000 and the current mileage was 34,000.

3 Visibility problem

My moon-roof is marked with as3 dot 467 m078. Can some please tell me with is the same marking that in the 2004 recall.
