Tire Sidewall problems of the 2005 Nissan Maxima

After 24,000 miles the goodyear eagle tires on my 2005 Nissan Maxima developed a bubble on the sidewall in exactly the same spot on both tires. When I took the car to the goodyear dealer for warranty repair they told me it was not covered and they said the tires had an "impact break. " they said this was not uncommon in this tire and they see it all the time.
