Abs, slip, tcs & brake lights came on suddenly while taking off and there was excessive vibration. As a result, there was (and still is) a total loss of abs & tcs systems. . Engines revs high & surges while taking 1/4 mile to reach 40mph. Diagnostic states that there are problems with the abs actuator, speed sensors & wheel hub. &2,858. 65 to repair. Given the lack of acceleration reliability as well as the loss of braking & traction systems, this is a serious safety issue.
The contact owns a 2007 Nissan Maxima. The contact was driving 25 mph when the vehicle decreased acceleration to 20 mph without warning and despite that the accelerator pedal was being depressed.
