Headlights problems of the 2013 Nissan Maxima

The contact owns a 2013 Nissan Maxima. The contact stated while driving at night, the driver’s, and passenger's side headlights were very dim, failing to properly illuminate the roadway, causing a visibility hazard for the driver. The contact stated that the light bulbs were replaced but the failure persisted. The vehicle was not repaired. The cause of the failure was not yet determined. The manufacturer was notified of the failure, but no assistance was provided. The local dealer was not contacted. The failure mileage was 120,000.

Both headlights are very very dim light can only be seen 1 foot away from the headlights I have everything including changing the h11 light bulbs.

Low beam headlights are so dim they create a safety hazard.

The dim headlight setting is so dim that car can not be safely operated after dark without turning on the bright light setting. It is a safety hazzard! I have been a mechanic for 30 years and have never seen such poor headlights. I have changed the bulbs but it has made no difference. I have read several foums about the altima model having this same problem. They should be recalled by the manufacturer. They are dangerous.
