Tl- the contact owns 2014 Nissan Maxima. The contact stated that while driving 45 mph the accelerator pedal was pressed but the vehicle deaccelerated. The contact stated that while at a stop sign she pressed the accelerator pedal and the vehicle seized and the check engine warning indicator illuminated. The vehicle was taken to dealer country hill motors (6639 f frontage r, merriam, KS 66202. 1-913-362-7111) who diagnosed the vehicle and stated that p0746(line solenoid performance) code came up and that the transmission had failed, but it was not repaired. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The failure mileage was 101,000. Jc.
