Lower control arms ball joints are pulling out of rubber the rubber is splitting the car now has 14,000 actual miles on it took to Nissan in dallas TX was assign case # 30712503 on4-6-2018 from Nissan customer care 1-615-725-7105 dealer looked car over sent results to customer care answer came back on 4-27-2018 no campaigns or recalls on this problem and if reported while under warranty they would have fixed it I will get it fixed at my expense but do not want to see anyone have an accident I don't think the rubber should erode that fast my older Dodge is a 2004 and steering parts are not showing wear with130,000miles the auto parts store say sell a lot of lower control arms for the Murano they may have a safety problem that is not being addressed have photos don't know how to download them.
2012 all Murano, lower control arms bushings on driver and passenger side went bad at 50,000 miles coats out of pocket $900. 00 , and now at 60,000 miles the motor mounts are bad can win here the SUV is only 6yrs old I'm told lador and parts $1400, to $1900.
