Brake Loud Noise problem #1

Tl-the contact owns a 2012 Nissan Murano. The contact stated that while driving at numerous speeds, the accelerator pedal was depressed and there was a loud noise coming from the vehicle. The failure recurred numerous times. The vehicle was taken to a dealer where it was diagnosed that the rotors failed and needed to be replaced and the brake pads needed to be replaced. The vehicle was repaired but the failure recurred. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 7,777. Sg.

Service Brakes problem #2

There was supposed to be a clip to hold the floor mats in place on the driver's side. Nissan dealer replaced it for free two years ago. They said it was a recall. The clip came off, and they told me they have to charge me for this recall item this time. The missing clip causes the driver's side floor mat to move under the gas and brake pedal, making it a hazard. The brake pedal can't engage properly, which could result in an accident.
