Vehicle Shudder problems of the 2015 Nissan Murano

At about 47,000 miles on the vehicle, was driving at approximately 70 mph and vehicle began to judder violently shaking rear of vehicle causing difficulty to control vehicle.

When accelerating from a stop or at low speed, transmission judders and causes the car to lunge and vibrate till it gets to a higher rpm. At a certain rpm, the car can simple lug repeatedly if the speed is held constant. The car stores an error code and the fix per the dealer is to rebuild the transmission. My vehicle has this issue at only 39,200 miles. While Nissan created a service bulletin for this issue, and was repaired under warranty, a repair this major should be a recall because of how expensive it would be to repair out of warranty. Bought the car brand new from dealer and have brought in for the issue to be told the computer doesn't see a problem. I drive the car daily I know there is an issue and it is dangerous to drive when it chooses not to go when accelerating.
