The vehicle was taken to capital Nissan located at 5501 market st, wilmington, nc 28405 (910) 392-4300 where it was diagnosed that the seat heated and cooled switch needed to be replaced. The vehicle was repaired. In addition, the contact stated as they was leaving the dealer the switch failed. The contact taken the vehicle back to the dealer where the wiring harness was replaced, however the failure recurred. The manufacturer was notified of the failure and open a case # 30388450. The approximate failure mileage was 32,000. Aw.
