The contact owns a 2017 Nissan Murano. The contact stated that while the daughter was driving approximately 40 mph, the glass sunroof suddenly shattered without impact. During the failure, glass shards entered the cabin of the vehicle and projected from the vehicle. No injuries were sustained. The cause of the failure was not yet determined.
