While driving the vehicle my air bag light continued to flash. I called my dealership and informed them of the issue and they sated they needed to run diagnotics. After receiving the vehicle back the dealer stated it was a software update needed to the vehicle to comply with the air bag standard. I was charged 130. 00 usd to be told there items needed an update.
Airbag light stays on when an adult is in the passenger seat. Not sure if that means no airbag will deploy if there is an accident. Vehicle was taken to casa Nissan, where it was purchased, in el paso, TX with the complaint.
